Who We Are
We like fun. Serious fun. We want the process of booking talent to be fun and productive for everyone involved; the client, the talent and us. That’s why we’re committed to learning all we can about the talent we represent. So our clients can be as certain as we are, that they’re getting the right people for their projects.
We’re a small agency, and we represent our on-camera and voice-over talent exclusively. That’s because we work hard on behalf of our talent and think they should do the same for us. Turns out, we get to know each other better, we work as a team, and we’re all interested in the same thing — a successful, fun, creative working environment.
Geanette Poole: Owner/Agent
Geanette has been bringing an attitude of small business intimacy and friendly professionalism to the Twin Cities talent scene for over 18 years. She is so grateful to represent such a dedicated group of talented actors, and believes in the power of good vibes and chocolate chip cookies to make life lovely both at work and at home. Her favorite things include her two daughters, her dog Julius, playing tennis, and photographing said favorites.
Suzanne Roberts: Agent
Suzanne just "gets it." She has a degree in theater from UMD and has spent the past 10 years in video/film production, casting, and event planning. She understands being the talent as well as the needs of the production. She is so happy she gets to work at Talent Poole with Geanette every day. She loves dark chocolate, sparkles, pink, and her cat Zoey.
Lesa Koski: Print Division
After pursuing a variety of careers including practicing law, Lesa has found a passion for the talent industry. Lesa is expanding Talent Poole's print department and is excited to help grow a well-established agency. She also loves dark chocolate, along with red wine, running, horses and family.
Karissa Euerle: Agent
Karissa graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from St. Cloud State University and is busy turning her news investigating skills into finding the best talent for you project. She is currently obsessed with baking for anyone who will eat it, anything that involves wine and cheese, and her husband.
Tom Poole: Advisor
Tom joined Talent Poole in 2006 after a long stretch as a book selling, freelancing, playwriting, computer-fixing, dog-loving father of two. His plays have been produced by such distinguished theater companies as the Children's Theater Company, Theatre de la Jeune Lune, and Magic Theatre of San Francisco, among others. While Tom is no longer with us, his exuberant creativity and enduring love of dogs and cheese continue to inspire the daily workings of Talent Poole.
